Why we picked it

Seagrass is the closest you get to the feel of a tatami mat: a smooth, slightly glossy natural fiber framed by a simple fabric border. It is less fuzzy than jute, does not shed much and is easy to wipe clean, which makes it a practical choice for homes with pets. It is also one of the most affordable natural rugs, with sizes up to 12' x 18'.
