Why we picked it

Joao is one of the most reviewed wall shelves on Wayfair, and it earns its place here through its wood: reclaimed boards with real texture, knots and tone changes. That honest, slightly imperfect surface is very wabi-sabi, and it softens a plain white wall straight away.
